Dr. Huang is a chiropractor licensed by the California state board. He specializes in spinal and extra-spinal adjusting, such as extremity, TMJ (jaw), and cranial (skull) adjusting. He is certified in manipulation under anesthesia as well as class 4 laser therapy. His skills also include rehabilitative exercises and craniosacral therapy, which addresses headaches, migraines, post-concussive injuries, and jaw dysfunctions. Dr. Huang’s focuses are in injuries involving not only the neck and back but also the extremities and how it correlates to the spine. He corrects restrictions in the body through manipulative and soft tissue therapies, mobilization stretching, and educating patients on proper body mechanics and ergonomics to prevent injuries.

Dr. Huang graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on movement science. He continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he graduated with his doctorate in Chiropractic. He had post-doctorate training at Carrick’s Institute in functional neurology, which focuses on diagnosing and managing symptoms from traumatic brain injuries through rehabilitative exercises and manipulative therapy. Dr. Huang also has training in several soft tissue techniques such as instrumented assisted soft tissue modalities, active release technique, and mulligan mobilization stretching. Dr. Huang enjoys working out and watching movies on his free time. His hobbies also include martial arts, cooking, and hiking.
